Last weekend my computer froze up. There was no external backup and I feared all my data was lost. I posted a help request on twitter and the response was amazing! Within minutes I had friends and strangers reaching out to offer a helping hand. One of my twitter pals @djshelly Re tweeted my request for help. This probably helped with the response I received. Le Wang a fellow Chicago tweep (@wangle) also responded and gave me a phone number of a person who could help. His name was Adam Gordon. I called him and he was very helpful over the phone.Later that day I received a reply on twitter from a fellow Lake County Tweep Heather Acton (@heatheracton78) . This is a local person I have had the pleasure of meeting at #lctuthe local Lake County Tweet Up. Heather offered to fix my computer and restore all my files for free!
