A walk-in cooler rarely fails at a convenient time. It fails before a busy dinner service, during a weekend event, or after inventory has already been delivered. That is the real decision behind scheduled maintenance versus reactive repairs: whether your business finds small refrigeration issues on its own terms or discovers them during an urgent service call.
