I have used Northeast Cooling twice now on an old ice machine that I have at my business and both times Mitch was great to work with and fixed the issues in minimal time. He has always comes in and gets straight to work and doesn't waste any time, and for me, money. I would recommend Mitch (Northeast Cooling) to anyone who has any sort of cooling issues. He is very responsive and is able to get to you within a day or two of calling without it being an "emergency".
Very friendly and hardworking! I am lucky to have found him and at this point, wouldn't even think of using someone else!

Mitch is an absolute professional. We had issues with our compressor and he came in very quickly and made a swap and replaced our entire system. Not only that, but if I ever have issues I simply text Mitch and he gets back to me right away. In an industry when cold beer is essential for our success, Mitch always comes through to help us. I would highly recommend using Northeast Cooling to EVERYONE!!
Northeast Cooling is a great refrigeration repair company in Lake County Illinois & their service is always top notch! Mitch was very professional and friendly. He treat us with reapect and professional. Made us feel like people not just a paycheck. Answered all questions we had, and made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. Will definitely use this service again.
Mitch is great! I have been working with Mitch for over three years now and he never disappoints. He does solid work and always walks me through what the issues are before recommending a course of action. He is honest and reliable and almost always comes out same day if not immediately. He is professional and very knowledgeable.
I had great results from Mitch. He is a true consultative professional. I have had a hard time finding someone to take on the bizarre refrigeration system on my 30 year old foodtruck. Mitch has worked on it twice now and has been very reasonable with his charges. Mitch gets my highest recommendation for his services.
This is an excellent service company and i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for any commercial or residential repairs. I was dealing with Mitch and he is very professional and fixed the problem in the right way. Initially, i ran into an issue that was fixed by this company, and it re-occurred for another reason. No problem, Mitch came back again and fixed it for me and DID NOT CHARGE me extra. Company stands by its service. I would definitely recommend Northeast Cooling to you all.
